At Comercio Tools, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for purchases made on [www.commerciotools.com].


🛍️  Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The item is not as described on our website
  • You have received an incomplete order
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.


🚫  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., adhesives, oils, lubricants)
  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products with tampered packaging or missing parts

🔄  Exchange & Replacement

If your product meets the return criteria, we offer:

  • Replacement with the same or a similar item
  • Exchange for another item of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases (optional)

💸  Refunds

Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


📦  Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or wrong items, Comercio Tools will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
  • Pickup will be arranged where applicable, or you may be advised to self-ship to our warehouse.

📝  How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@commerciotools.com or call +919315269131 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order ID, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorisation.

⚖️  Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute, the decision of Comercio Tools’ Quality Control team will be considered final.
